How beautiful is it to stay silent
When someone expects you to be enraged from them.
And how beautiful it is to laugh
When someone thinks you are going to shed tears.
Some days I woke up and got out of bed and brushed my teeth like any normal human being; some days I woke up and lay in bed and looked at the ceiling and wondered what the hell the point was of getting out of bed and brushing my teeth like any normal human being.
Your positive energy creates so many beautiful possibilities and you don’t always get the amount of appreciation you deserve, but I want you to know I see how much progress you’ve made and I’m so proud of you. You are becoming much more confident even if its only small advances- it adds up, and that’s what makes you truly genuine and enjoyable to be around. You always have to remember that. It is your internal strength that guides you and decides your character, try not to be fooled by an outside appearance of yourself or the past we look toward too fondly- that’s only temporary and a matter that can be fixed by changing your view. Be patient with your moods and learn the cycles of your thoughts so you can recognize what can be fixed. And what can’t be fixed can finally be let go of, because there is no use holding onto things we can’t control. The true version of yourself is one who cares about how You are feeling everyday. Like taking care of a child. You need to take care of yourself like you know in your entire being that you deserve it. And even when people treat you unkind, never fight back with that same energy - it will always be passed back and forth, instead, by not reacting you dissipate the energy into something that grows strength inside of you. Self control gives you strength. Control your feelings, don’t let them control you. We are all in a way empaths and feed off of others emotions. By breaking off the internal reaction of emotions of others we remain in our own body- our own inner universe- with our own peaceful, strong energy. (Kind of like a negative energy shield) Your inner guidance is what’s telling you let go when it feels tight inside you- listen to your body. You can rid this anxiety without self-medication, we are just learning what it feels like to be ourselves again when we are on it (happiness, non-thought), but it is a temporary treatment, and it will never be a cure. We are all full of a different kind of energy and we need to share it. I want you to know that I love you, and I will always be where you need me. I hope that you take any advice I give you as loving because I really do only want to see you grow and become happier and more fulfilled with yourself. You are capable of doing it. Learn to cultivate your inner voice to be loving towards yourself and to express to others to fill them with happiness so that they too can heal. Have understanding of others in every circumstance and remain unaffected but be there to help and guide when asked, and always take action when you feel something is right. No regrets. I love you. Every passing moment is another chance to turn it all around.
